With over three decades of hands-on experience specializing in schools and educational facilities, Bryan serves as Managing Director, leading the project development, design, and construction process on a variety of public-school and BOCES projects across the Northeast.
Personally responsible for the project coordination and successful completion of over $900 million in K12/school construction, Bryan’s professional expertise is based in his cost-efficient, grounded project approach and his innovative solutions. While fully recognizing ever-changing trends in educational planning, Bryan’s approach to design encompasses all phases of the project life-cycle, from the early stages of planning and visioning, to design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration.
