In August 2023, Oyster Bay High School completed its latest infrastructure project, a brand-new meeting area featuring several masonry seat walls and “meeting steps” at the main entrance to the school. This addition not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the school entrance from McCouns Lane but also provides students with a new dynamic space for social interaction. Furthermore, the newly built steps and walls also add to the school’s educational program while improving the safety and stability of the surrounding slopes.
The construction underscores Oyster Bay High School’s commitment to creating a welcoming and engaging environment for its students and the entire community.
