Bay Shore, NY – Construction crews have been busy at the site of the former NYS Armory in Bay Shore, which in 2020 turned into a state-of-the-art Universal Pre-Kindergarten Center for the local school district. Designed by BBS in 2022, the new 12,300-SF building addition will feature (10) new Classrooms/student-occupied spaces, and be seamlessly integrated into the existing UPK facility.
