Akram Fares is a seasoned Architect and Project Manager with over (2) decades of international design experience. His passion for creating innovative and functional indoor environments has been the driving force behind his successful architectural career. With a keen understanding of the unique needs of public institutions, Akram has led numerous projects of various scopes and complexities from conception to completion, ensuring that each space meets the highest standards for safety and efficiency. Akram’s project portfolio showcases a diverse range of public buildings, medical clinics, office facilities, housing structures, and school building designs, reflecting his unique ability to balance functionality, aesthetics, and the program needs of each client.

As a Project Manager, Akram has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills, fostering collaboration among multidisciplinary teams to deliver BBS projects on time and on budget. Reflecting his past experience in working for building contractors and material manufacturers, Akram is today a well-rounded design professional and Project Manager. Whether spearheading the creation of cutting-edge STEAM facilities or renovating historic school buildings, Akram continues to leave an indelible mark on the PK-12 design landscape in New York State, contributing to the advancement of local educational facilities that inspire and empower the next generation of learners.
