Douglas L. Glass
PE, Associate
Doug serves as the BBS’s Associate Electrical Engineer on electrical system and lighting design projects in support of our multi-disciplined design teams. He has been responsible for overall day-to-day electrical engineering project management as well as overseeing contract document preparation and construction administration services.
Doug has both the office design and the field inspection experience on the firm’s largest-scale multi-disciplined projects, such as the brand new 60,000-SF Suffolk County Community College William J. Lindsay Life Sciences Building. He has an excellent understanding of electrical engineering and lighting design fields in relationship to their mutual interface with the building architectural fabric. Doug is excellent in his ability to align his engineering and technical design solutions with the overall building energy performance strategy.
