With over 30 years of experience, David has mastered the planning, design and development process for projects that enhance the quality of life, work, and learning in numerous communities across the Northeast. His approach focuses on creating unique spaces tailored to the specific needs of each and every client, seamlessly integrating architectural and engineering design with a commitment to user-friendly, cost-efficient, and sustainable infrastructure.
During his time at BBS, David has planned, designed, and managed a wide range of project types, including large-scale community and educational projects, office buildings, as well as government and public works facilities. He is very knowledgeable in current building code requirements and experienced in the evaluation, preservation and renovation of existing facilities and historic structures.
