As BBS’s Senior Associate, Project Manager and a lead building envelope designer, Steve performs services in all phases of architectural planning, design, and construction administration. He has over (30) years of progressive field experience and the projects in his professional portfolio total over $250.0 million in construction value. His responsibilities typically start with business development activities, transitioning gradually into existing condition evaluations, planning, design, and construction administration. Steve’s experience spans educational and municipal facilities, public works centers, commercial buildings, and general building infrastructure improvement projects.

Steve is an established professional who was the Project Manager on a long list of the firm’s major commissions, including the additions and alterations at Harborfields’ Washington Drive School, a part of a larger $54.0 million bond referendum project; the design for new construction and renovations at the Smithtown Public Library (4) branches; the Connetquot Public Library interior rehabilitation project; the new K-3 East Moriches Elementary School, and multi-year evaluation of existing conditions at all Suffolk and Nassau County Roman Catholic churches, parish buildings, and schools for the Diocese of Rockville Centre.
