Mohammed is BBS’s Associate / Senior Engineer and Project Manager for the MEP Group, responsible for overseeing planning, design, cost estimating, and field supervision of HVAC system equipment and installations, pricing, project scheduling, as well as client and contractor coordination. He is experienced in organizing and creating mechanical engineering CAD drafting and detail standards, creating comprehensive equipment schedules to aid in energy efficiency, and providing quality management/ control. His project portfolio includes educational (PK-12 and collegiate), government and municipal, commercial, office, and public housing facilities and their mechanical infrastructure.

In his previous professional tenure, Mohammed was a team member of a major Energy Service Company (ESCO), which makes his energy-conservation perspective and hands-on expertise invaluable in the firm’s pursuit and designing of Energy Performance Contracts (EPC) for local clients of different backgrounds and resources, with an ultimate goal of delivering the desired energy efficiency and cost savings.
